I believe in a world where people who have experienced trauma do not have to live in fear and pain.

I am dual qualified as a Human Givens Therapist and nurse – specialising in health visiting, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from both roles into my work, and making me acutely aware of the mind/body connection in all areas of health.

I am able to give advice on physical health conditions, and pain management, if required.

I chose to study the Human Givens Approach to Psychotherapy as it is a pragmatic, solution focused method of working, which blends into the working methods used in nursing.

I offer safe, gentle therapy, using non-intrusive, evidence-based, effective therapeutic techniques to help people recover from emotional distress.

After only 4 sessions, 80% of clients are sleeping normally.

  • I had chronic low grade PTSD and lost the permanent feeling that things are not right. I am on goingly amazed by what a difference it has made. I continue to feel the benefit and sustained changes
